| Tomato fondue |
The tomato fondue is a cheese fondue with added tomato paste for extra flavour.
Served with a green salad and a ham and sausage platter. |
| Oven cheese |
The "hot box" is a Mont d'Or cheese cooked in its own wooden box.
Served with potatoes, green salad and a ham and sausage platter. |
| Meat fondue |
Small pieces of beef, which are dipped into a boiling sauce of
red wine with mustard and spices. Served with potatoes, green salad and sausage. |
Each fondue must be ordered for a minimum of two people.
